The promoter is Aviva Direct Ireland Limited (the "Promoter"), a company registered in Ireland under No. 374895 with its registered office at One Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2
This competition ("Competition") is open to entrants who are aged 18 years and over and who have provided their details to obtain a home insurance or health insurance quote from Mongelia Limited, trading as BlueSky Insurances. Entrants must also answer a Competition question (the "Competition Question"). No purchase necessary. Entrants may enter the Competition via www.BlueSkyInsurance.ie, or by providing their details in person or by phone to the offices of BlueSky Insurance Dundalk for a quote.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Competition.
The prize consists of €100 in One 4 All gift vouchers valid for use until February 2012. The prize is as stated and there are no cash alternatives. The prizewinner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing goods and/or services as part of the Prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.
The closing date for competition entries is 5pm on Thursday 21st April 2011. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry, which due to a technical error or any other reason, is not received or is delayed. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of delivery. Only fully completed entries, which are submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and which contain the correct answer to the Competition Question, will be eligible for the prize draw. Entries received by any other means (including by hand delivery) will be invalid.
The prizewinner will be drawn at random by an independent judge from those eligible entries, which contain the correct answer to the Competition Question. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
Prize winner may be required to validate their age before being awarded their prize. The prizewinner will be contacted by the Promoter by the 29th April 2011 and the Prize will be sent to the prizewinner by ordinary post as soon as possible thereafter. The Promoter shall not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers (including for the avoidance of doubt, any voucher sent to a prizewinner via the postal system, which do not reach the intended destination).
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or the terms and conditions of the Competition, with no liability to any entrants, the prizewinner or any third party. This competition is not open to Aviva or BlueSky employees. The name and county of the prizewinner will be available for a period of one month after the event by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at the address given below. Prizewinners are deemed to have consented to the publication of their name and county by participating in the Competition.
The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of Ireland.
